One of the most incredible gifts we can offer ourselves is the curiosity and courage to look inward. However, this is often so much easier said than done. We live in a world where it’s easy to internalize shame and misinformation about sex and sexuality and talking about it can feel taboo. As your therapist, my goal is to build a supportive, safe environment to explore notions of sexuality and intimacy with curiosity rather than judgment or shame. In our space together, vulnerability, trust, and self-compassion will be nurtured – and celebrated!
I am a white, queer, non-binary therapist. At Carolina Sexual Wellness Center, I support individuals and couples from all backgrounds in navigating any concerns related to sex and sexuality along with any co-occurring mental health challenges. I offer a space that is queer and kink-affirming that supports all relationship types and structures.
I like to think of our bodies as our homes. Sometimes life experiences cause us to wander out and get lost. It can feel scary and sometimes even impossible to find our way back.
