About
If you often find yourself drifting through time by preparing for the future or wishing you could rewrite your past, I imagine you're feeling fatigued, lost, and overwhelmed, wishing you could be happy in the present. As a therapist, I strive to help you learn about yourself and help you navigate back to the present. I provide tools to cope with life's struggles, new perspectives, and a safe space where you can be yourself. I prioritize validating my clients' experiences, and encourage them to see the bigger picture to their struggles, working to find creative solutions tailored to their environment and current needs.
My therapeutic approach is strength-based, multicultural, and holistic in nature. I use evidence-based therapeutic modalities like CBT, DBT, REBT, Feminist Therapy, and Existential Therapy. I'm experienced in helping people manage a variety of mental health struggles and specialize in ADHD/neurodivergency, anxiety, sex therapy, and women's issues.
I value honesty, authenticity, accountability, and empowerment, and strive to encourage my clients to accept themselves while they continue to grow. You don't have to go on this journey alone, if you've been considering starting or continuing your mental health journey, I'd be happy to work with you or connect you to a trusted colleague.
