I, as your therapist, will meet you where you are in your mental health journey, no matter if our scheduled session together is your first experience in therapy or if you are well acquainted with the therapy process. I know that you contain the solutions to your concerns and my aim is not to "fix you", because you are not broken, but to aid you in finding the strength that always existed within you.
I specialize in working with individuals who are struggling with symptoms of depression and anxiety, individuals who are struggling with a transitional period in their lives, and clients who are facing confusion regarding their gender, sexual, or personal identity.
