Understanding that traditional talk therapy is not for everyone, I utilize a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to each individual’s needs and goals.
I work with adults and teens, as well as premarital and newly married couples using Prepare/Enrich. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, and depression. Having lived overseas myself, I have a particular passion for supporting expats, missionaries, and veterans. I am trained in EMDR, an evidence-based therapy effective for healing trauma and emotional distress.
