With more than a decade of clinical experience and engaging in therapy myself, I know the importance of being an empathic and understanding support for my clients. As a Level 2 Internal Family Systems practitioner, I use a variety of techniques to best meet my client’s needs. I specialize in working with teens to adults, childhood trauma, attachment insecurities, anxiety, impulse control, relationships, foster/adoption-related concerns and LGBTQIA2S+.
