With more than a decade of clinical experience and engaging in therapy myself, I know the importance of being an empathic and understanding support for my clients. My therapy approach is trauma informed, strengths-based and tailored to each client’s individual needs. I work collaboratively with my clients to find the best course of healing. As a Level 2 Internal Family Systems practitioner, I use a variety of techniques to best meet my client’s needs. I specialize in working with teens to adults, childhood trauma, attachment insecurities, anxiety, impulse control, relationships, foster/adoption-related concerns and LGBTQIA2S+.
I recognize the complexity of internal and external family systems and work to create a safe environment for my clients to feel free to be themselves, feel empowered to work through their struggles, and engage in opportunities to develop healthy relationships.
