I've spent years working with people who expect a lot from themselves- athletes, coaches, teens, and adults. People who work hard, care deeply, and often feel like they have to hold it all together. All of your feelings and experiences are welcome here. I offer a warm and collaborative space where you don't have to have it all together. Whether you're overwhelmed with school and social pressures, burned-out at work, navigating a major life change, or an athlete navigating performance pressure or injury.

I work with teens, college students, and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, and life transitions- including athletes and coaches working through the mental side of sport performance and injury.
