My passion lies in helping individuals process emotions, release repressive beliefs, and reconnect with their sense of inner worth and goodness. I enjoy working with adults and adolescents who are navigating shame, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, addiction, attachment challenges, and questions of identity.
I utilize a Person-Centered perspective and integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Internal Family Systems Therapy into my approach. I align my approach with the core values of social work and offer inclusive care for the person within the social and cultural context they operate.
