I work with children, teens and adults who are experiencing a wide variety of issues in their lives. I work with individuals who experience anxiety, depression, learning disabilities, behavioral concerns, stress management, relationship issues and work life stress/transitions.
I practice with mindfulness, person-centered, and strengths-based approaches. I have previously worked in private practice and for Great Prairie AEA supporting children with disabilities in the area of behavior and providing mental health services within the school setting.
Please call or email to receive our new client paperwork and to schedule an assessment, either in-person or via Telehealth. I currently work in the Washington offices.
