Hello, my name is Thomas Kaltenecker and I believe my skillset is best suited with adolescents, adults and elderly both male and female as well as couples, searching for someone to actively listen to, coach them through life's challenges. If you are looking for someone to support you through adjustment issues, to guide you working through debilitating anxiety and stopping paralyzing depressive thoughts, as well as unhealthy behavior patterns, my patient centered approach just might be what you need. My focus is the clients holistic health and creating a relaxed being, inside and out. My specific interest is in Trauma work, Substance use recovery, Nutritional Mental Health & Personal Growth. I use cognitive and dialectical tools as well as therapeutic application of exercise, art and music. I hold certifications as CCTP-II, CIMHP, CCTHP & CADC.
Change is difficult, adjustment is challenging! Kids ,teens and adults dealing with trauma, dealing with uncertainty, anxiety, depression, fear and grief.
