Healing from trauma is possible, and you don't have to face it alone. I specialize in helping children, teens, and adults heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions through compassionate, trauma-informed therapy. Whether you're struggling with childhood trauma, PTSD, complex trauma, attachment wounds, relational trauma, generational trauma, or overwhelming stress, I provide a safe space where healing can begin. As an EMDR-trained therapist, I integrate EMDR and IFS to help you heal the root of your challenges, not just manage symptoms.
My approach is collaborative and personalized because every healing journey is unique. Together, we'll improve emotional regulation, build resilience, and help you move forward with greater confidence and peace. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported as you heal and rediscover your strengths.
Growing up between cultures, I have a special interest in supporting immigrants, multicultural individuals, and professionals navigating high-pressure careers.
