I am a licensed clinical psychologist with a background in women's healthcare. I have a strong foundation in treating anxiety, traumatic stress, and the impact of stress on our health.
Additionally, I have advanced training in supporting individuals with reproductive concerns such as infertility, mental health during pregnancy and postpartum, gynecologic chronic illness and cancers, loss and grief, PMDD, involuntary childlessness, or choosing to be childfree.
My areas of clinical expertise often involve making difficult decisions and dealing with chaotic circumstances where nothing is going as planned. Our work together will be the eye of the hurricane - finding calm in the storm, creating peace in a world that stretches you thin. We can process painful things, grieve lost expectations, and rebuild.
My therapeutic style is honest, down-to-earth, and deeply caring. I am committed to honoring your various identities in a trauma-informed, culturally responsive space, with the goal of unlearning harmful structural messages. Let me help you cultivate a version of yourself that feels authentic and empowered.
