In my practice I help women gain new tools for coping and growing into a higher version of themselves. They are motivated for change and feeling an urge to start making different choices, but not quite sure how to do that. One of my clients calls me the "choice whisperer," because when I get involved suddenly they feel like they have so many more options for how to behave, when to stand up for themself, and when they are allowed to be vulnerable.
I offer radical acceptance with a side of humor. We sort through outdated patterns of thinking and behaving, reexamine relationships and boundaries, and decipher who the client is now. Therapy with me is a gentle mix of the discomfort of growth and the satisfaction of finally feeling truly seen and accepted.
I offer talk therapy and am an EMDR Certified clinician. This combination of modalities can produce transformative results much faster than traditional talk therapy.
