I have experience helping people with a variety of issues including (but not limited to): relationship distress, mood disorders, anxiety, impulsive behavior, Narcissistic Personality Disorder, and teens at risk for personality disorders. I know my DBT and RO-DBT, so both of those models influence the therapy that I do.
I've been intensively trained in Radically-Open DBT (RO-DBT), a specialized treatment for Chronic Depression, Anorexia-Nervosa, and disorders of Over-Control (OC).

PSYCHe PLLC hosts a once weekly online RO-DBT Skills Group on Wednesdays (6:00-7:30pm EST). Enrollment is open now! RO-DBT is a treatment for those struggling with overcontrolled behavior and emotional loneliness. Disorders of overcontrol include chronic depression, anxiety disorders, Anorexia Nervosa, Avoidant Personality Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, and Autism Spectrum disorders. Group offers a psychoeducational, skills-based setting to learn about flexibility, openness, and social connectedness. Group is like a class, not therapy. *Please note all our services are out-of-network.

PSYCHe PLLC offers three available Standard DBT Skills Groups: Mondays (5:00pm-6:30pm EST), Mondays (5pm-6:30pm CST), and Thursdays (5:30-7:00pm EST). Duration: 90 minutes, once a week. Enrollment is open now! Covers skills to increase mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. Groups are like a class, not therapy. Each is led by an experienced licensed clinician, selected by PSYCHe’s Owner and Linehan Board Certified Dialectical Behavior Therapist™, Stephanie Vaughn, Psy.D. and/or RO-DBT intensively trained clinician, Sally Roesch, LPC-MHSP. *Please note all our services are out-of-network.
