What a journey - to be in your shoes and find yourself here today! My goal is to help clients find healing and empowerment, and for them to reflect on their journeys for change. I specialize in working with young children, providing parent coaching to parents of children 0 to 8 years old, and working with young adults who are navigating the changes, stress, and excitement that early adulthood brings. Additionally, as a member of the Maternal Mental Health team, I am honored to provide support for pregnant people and new moms and parents going through these new and ever-changing periods in their lives.

I work from a Person-Centered, Attachment-Based, and CBT orientation. I believe it is important to understand each individual’s cultural background, race, and any issues regarding cultural identity and stress. I want clients to feel heard and seen, so topics such as race and culture are critical in our sessions.

I believe that the client knows themselves best, and therefore wants what is best for themselves and to take control of their life. I believe that if we want to heal and be ourselves, we need to feel safe, seen, and heard. I want to help by supporting clients and working collaboratively towards their goal for change. I look forward to working with you!
