I customize the therapeutic approach for each client based on their needs, desires and unique makeup drawing from Somatic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, Breathwork, Energy Work, Yoga and more. I work with both adolescents and adults experiencing a range of concerns.
