I have devoted my life's work to Bereavement Counseling and Personal Awareness. Each person's grief is unique. Everyone has the ability to heal by coming to understand their own style of coping and learning to integrate loss into their changed lives. I encourage clients to "teach me" about their losses, and in so doing they come to understand the meaning within their own experience. I help clients to understand what are considered to be the "normal" parameters of grief and loss. I have added Functional Medicine Health Coaching in my practice to further support my clients through any emotional experience they may be having.
I have maintained a private practice for 30+ years. I assist clients with finding ways to support themselves and nurture their well being while in the midst of grief and loss. Being Certified as a Functional Medicine Health Coach and an End of Life Doula I offer a variety of tools to incorporate in navigating through our therapy journey together.
