I employ my training in Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction, Cognitive Behavioral and Solution Focused Psychotherapy to help people enhance their sense of wellness. I've worked in helping individuals and families cope with the variety of ways their lives can be impacted by the illness experience and worked across that spectrum from diagnosis to bereavement.
My belief is that there is no one approach to therapy and my practice is very much interactive and collaborative. We all experience anxiety, my focus is to help individuals experience their feelings of anxiety in a more mindful, accepting, and aware perspective and help to lessen the effects of stress.
