As a licensed therapist for over 20 years I have extensive experience in the areas of trauma, depression/anxiety, relationship issues (couples/marriage/family) and have worked with diverse populations & settings (including faith-based and military). Through teletherapy we can both avoid the inconvenience, time & cost of commuting & I find I am able to meet most client's scheduling needs, including offering weekend sessions.
Clients describe me as relatable, open, and trustworthy. As someone who had difficulty opening up when I first started therapy, I am sensitive to adapting to each client's pace and to addressing their individual needs and expectations. In my practice, the emphasize is on coming to understand what my client's true purpose for therapy is & how to get there.
