Groups are a successful addition to individual therapy. Couples groups can enhance communication and understanding with compassion and hope, focusing on growing each couple to fuller potential. Womens groups provide a safe place for sharing, vulnerability, and change with support from other women who can witness struggles and triumphs.

Disparate Houswives
It can be difficult to perform "mother and wife" roles successfully due to the requirements both intail. Switching from "mommy" to the exact opposite "honey" is not easy. Both roles require unique qualities from a woman. Being a mother is taking charge of the kids and presiding over them. Being a wife is loving the partner as a mate, equal, peer. Disparate is two apposing ideas or qualities or essentially different elements required. In this group we recognize the difficult balance we are trying to achieve and with awareness... make significant changes to succeed more easily.
