I use Emotionally Focused Therapy developed by Sue Johnson and Imago Relationships Therapy developed by Harvil Hendricks to facilitate a more connected couple relationship.
When you are feeling distressed in your most important relationships, you cannot be your most creative or productive self. We are social beings who need to feel emotionally supported and connected. Therapy helps us develop internal support that in turn helps us develop interpersonal supporters.
