My approach focuses on fostering self-awareness and growth with compassion and non-judgmental understanding.
As a Somatic Experiencing student with over 20 years of experience in Yoga and Meditation, Sally combines these practices with her clinical expertise to create a holistic treatment approach. Her passion stems from years of outpatient clinical practice and personal encounters with the detrimental impact of untreated mental health and addiction on families.
I am proud to offer my knowledge and skills in a private practice setting, catering to the community's diverse needs.
