I'm a certified Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) with 20+ years in yoga, meditation, and clinical care. I blend these practices into a holistic approach, helping people heal from untreated trauma, mental health struggles, and addiction.
