They want to feel more grounded, empowered, and connected—to themselves and others—so they can live with greater ease and purpose.
I’m a certified Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) with 20+ years in yoga, meditation, and clinical care. I blend these practices to offer a holistic approach, rooted in a deep passion for healing the impacts of untreated trauma, mental health, and addiction on families.
