I offer structured outpatient individual and group counseling for those adolescents and adults who struggle with life and all it's challenges. I believe that all people are able to make positive changes in their lives and find the lifestyle they desire. I strive to enhance and restore the worth and dignity of all individuals in need of counseling services.
I have worked for more than 25 years helping people. As well as being a licensed mental health counselor, I have long term experience working with adults with substance abuse problems. Additionally, I am EMDR certified which is a very helpful intervention for resolving past, present or future issues.
My practice offers individualized treatment planning focused on the goals that will help the client make the changes they wish to make in their lives.
