As a Licensed Professional Counselor, and a dedicated Christian called to help adolescents, adults and families move beyond some of the difficulties in life. I am available for some evening appointments. I believe the counseling process is much like a journey and is a collaborative effort between the therapist and the individual, or family. Inspired by each individual's potential to strengthen resiliency and healing. Regardless of what we will face, we must trust that we will emerge triumphant.
Throughout my counseling experience I have worked with people of all ages and with many different issues. My counseling style and process is dependent on the needs of each individual and their goal. My role as a therapist is to guide and encourage, and meet each client where they are in their journey.
I am a dedicated Christian fulfilling God's will in my life. I have experience with clients who have significant emotional trauma which has helped me learn the value of challenging faulty beliefs and repressed emotions. I have worked extensively with PTSD and received training in EMDR.
