Do you need help with your child's behaviors? Are you seeking support to help yourself navigate life and difficult emotions? Whether you have a specific goal or want to feel emotionally healthy, therapy can help! I have 24 years of experience working with people who struggle with anxiety, depression, anger management, trauma, self-esteem, bullying issues and behavior management. Prior to therapy, I worked as a House Parent in a group home for youth and as a Residential Rehabilitation Specialist with adults struggling with mental health. I believe in establishing positive and lasting changes!
I have immediate openings Monday-Friday during the day and also offer some evening and Saturday times. I am certified in EMDR, TF-CBT, DBT and PCIT. I enjoy working with children, teenagers and families as a whole. When I work with couples I prefer to use the Gottman Method. I am an LGBTQ+ ally.
I understand that life can present challenges and uncertainties. It's completely normal to feel a range of emotions in such situations.
