My theoretical background is from a systemic model, and takes into consideration how the environment, family, community, spirituality, and any other factors impact you & how you impact them. My approach is collaborative; your expertise in your lived experiences & preferences will combine with my knowledge & training so that together we will get you un-stuck.
A core belief of mine is that we have the power to reduce the suffering in our lives. I look forward to working with adult & adolescent individuals, couples, and families. Areas we can focus on include communication, relationship difficulties, conflict resolution, depression and anxiety, self-esteem, or any other things that you feel distressed about.
