I help clients find relief and healing from the effects of trauma. I help clients declutter thinking to find new patterns of thinking and changed behaviors. Women experience unique transitions over the life span. I love helping women explore the possibilities ahead while navigating the effects of change. My practice serves Idaho and Colorado and is experiential in nature. You will be encouraged to process experiences through the use of art materials, writing/journaling, and other expressive means in addition to traditional verbal psychotherapy. All sessions are virtual.
