Providing meaningful and effective clinical interventions/treatments through individual and/ or group therapy will transform lives, empower, and instill hope in the lives of each individual.
Specializing in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, my focus here is two fold: childhood abuse (victims) and coping problems. Just as importantly, I also work with many other individuals who are experiencing depression, anxiety, grief and loss, family issues, etc. I am also fluent in Arabic for those who prefer.
I provide a safe environment to encourage trust, connection, and openness. My approach is an empathetic, empowering one, and is often a lot of fun! I will never judge you. You can always trust me to be gentle, yet completely open and honest, thus enabling you to deeply explore any issues you bring to me. I am also an EMDR and IFS trained therapist .
