I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in the state of Florida. I work with Dr. Lidia Martinez Christian Counseling Group. Some of my utilized methods of treatment include CBT, ACT, SFBT, and working through traumas and anxiety while merging faith-based practice.
