Hi, my name is Sallie! I see clients ages 3 years and up who are struggling with a range of issues like anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, life transitions, behavioral problems, and trauma. Asking for help is difficult, whether it’s for yourself or your child, but my goal in therapy is to build a genuine connection with clients so that they may feel seen, heard, and understood.
I specialize in Play Therapy for children ages 3-12, and also use other experiential therapies like Expressive Arts and Sandtray to help children identify, express, and manage their big emotions.
With teens and adults I use a person-centered approach, which means I support clients in discovering their own unique needs, empower them to solve their own problems, and encourage them in reaching their personal goals.
