I am a trauma therapist and an EMDRIA certified EMDR therapist. I use my years of being a Somatic Experience Practitioner and a certified EMDR therapist to help those suffering from the effects of trauma. I have an extensive history serving first responders, military, vets, and trauma survivors. As an addiction recovery counselor, I coaching you through transitions, using my intuition and build upon your strengths. I offer you compassion, support, and intuitive guidence, as I hold space for you to evolve. I offer you one of the highest levels of EMDR training, by being an EMDRIA certified EMDR therapist. I am a Somatic Experience Practitionar, and use SE and EMDR to help clients with Complex Trauma.
I am a seasoned counselor with 28 years in recovery. I continue to work on my own trauma and issues that hold me back from following my highest good.
