With so many uncertainties as a result of the covid pandemic, we are offering same day teletherapy appointments. In selecting me as your therapist, you will have the option to have services provided in-home or on an outpatient basis. I use a person centered, holistic approach. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship or adjusting to life changing issues you can feel confident in knowing you have made the right decision in seeking my services.
I specialize in Trauma and Stressor-Related Disorders, Depressive Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Substance-Related Disorders and co-occurring disorders. My treatment specialty is CBT and motivational interviewing. I come with years of experience and understand that it takes time to build an honest therapeutic relationship.
Treatment is provided on an Individual, Family, or Group basis. Clinical evaluations, Consultations and referrals are also a part of the treatment process. We offer in home services as well as outpatient treatment depending on the needs of our clients. We pride ourselves on being the place where therapists seeks therapy.
