My ideal client is a neurodivergent or queer adolescent or adult who feels misunderstood, overwhelmed, or stuck—often after years of masking, identity uncertainty, or relational strain. They need a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore their authentic self, reduce emotional distress, and build self-compassion. Their goals include improving emotional regulation, strengthening relationships, and living more aligned with their identity and values. I specialize in trauma-informed, humanistic therapy for neurodivergent and queer clients (16+), including late-diagnosed autism and transgender individuals. Using DBT, IFS, and relational therapy, I help reduce emotional distress, build self-compassion, and improve relationships. I offer tailored support for anxiety, depression, trauma, & identity concerns.
