Culture is incorporated in my work as I understand that culture shapes ones view of themselves and the world around them. I am also a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) and can assist with breastfeeding / chestfeeding concerns as they can impact mental health.

I offer a safe, comfortable space to assist you with managing the perils of life that may cause you to feel stuck.
