My approach for therapy is to provide my clients with a warm, empathetic space to be vulnerable. I understand how hard it is to share your story which is why I’m here to listen! I specialize in working with couples seeking help for pre-marital, marital concerns, infidelity recovery, intimacy concerns, understanding attachment styles, modern dating, and dealing with interpersonal conflicts. As a South Asian Muslim therapist i’m passionate about working with clients struggling with cultural roles, issues with identity, generational trauma, and enculturation, especially within the South Asian and first-generation communities.
Being multicultural myself I understand the struggle that comes with being different, and trying to find a good balance between being true to oneself, as well as fitting in. I am committed to providing you with a warm, welcoming, and safe space to share your story, and to feel heard, and understood.
