I specialize in work with adolescents ages 12 and up, first and second generation immigrants, queer and gender expansive youth, educators, and neurodivergent people of all ages. I am also a mother to two young children and care fiercely about supporting the wellbeing of parents. I am a native English-speaker and non-native Spanish speaker.
My work is informed by client-centered, attachment and trauma theories and grounded in an understanding of intersectional identity and commitment to healing justice. I am also a musician, dancer, and gardener, all things that help me to understand the ways our bodies can hold and release trauma and how movement, the arts, and nature can support our healing.
