About
Therapy should be viewed as a safe space to explore, discover your truth, and better understand your basic needs. Our greatest gift to ourselves is unlearning the negative patterns we’ve been taught and reestablishing healthier patterns. We can’t change our past experiences or forget them; however, we can learn to make peace through acceptance. As a culturally humble therapist, my goal is to support you on your journey of discovery. I have a specialty and training in working with couples, family relational issues, autism spectrum disorders, and trauma-informed care.
My therapeutic approach is integrative and provides empathy and warmth. I help individuals, couples, and adolescents to address challenges and develop skills. Although you may be feeling alone, discouraged, or unmotivated, I can support you in strengthening attachment injuries and negative distortions.
I look forward to meeting with you and supporting you on your journey.
