About
Whether you are responding to grief, depression, stress, trauma, or heartbreak, therapy can benefit you. My perception of psychotherapy is a journey of self-discovery requiring a collaborative effort between therapist and client. From my experience, it is important to curate a nonjudgmental safe space for clients to process and communicate their most vulnerable experiences and life journey thus far. I strive to meet clients ‘where they are’ in terms of their present situation and circumstances, and help clients move past their barriers and rediscover their purpose.
My specialties include trauma, depression, grief, and anxiety. I have 7 years of experience working with depression, anxiety, parenting, self-esteem, grief, trauma, veterans, and adjustment challenges. As a military spouse, I am also familiar with the military culture and the effects it has on the service member and their families.
Deciding whether you are ready to begin the therapeutic journey and what therapist is best for you can be difficult. I would like the opportunity to assist you with navigating through your past and current challenges to help you find peace and overcome any barriers that you may face.
