My work supports people who feel weighed down by shame. For some this presents as distressing thoughts, rumination, & relationship anxiety. For others it may come in the form of isolation, depression, or addiction. If you are seeking new ways of relating to both yourself and others, therapy can be a transformative path inwards. To meet your unique needs, I draw upon multiple modalities and offer an emotionally attuned, non-judgemental environment. I incorporate Gestalt and IFS-informed parts work, attachment theory, psychodynamic insight, dreamwork, and iCBT for OCD where appropriate. My clients describe me as warm, perceptive, direct, and funny.
It was through my own journeys of anxiety, depression, and having loved ones who suffered from addiction that I decided to become a therapist. I understand that
healing is a deeply personal process, and I’ll be there with you every step of the
way, encouraging you to go at a pace that feels right for you while gently
challenging limiting beliefs.
