I believe that emotional symptoms, such as anxiety and depression, are ways that our bodies and minds communicate with us. Through really listening and being present with you, I will help you explore these messages, gain a deeper understanding of yourself, and heal old wounds. I am a licensed psychologist with a doctorate in clinical psychology. I have experience working with individuals of all ages who are seeking to live more full and engaged lives.
In addition to individual therapy, I provide couples and family therapy, as well as pre-martial counseling. I have speciality training helping people overcome trauma, integrating Eye Movement and Desensitization Therapy (EMDR) with a depth-focus approach rooted in Attachment Theory.
