I use brain and body-based approaches like EMDR, IFS, and Mindfulness - tailoring your treatment based on where you are in your journey and what goals you have. There may be times I suggest a modality that is new to you however will never expect you to do anything you are uncomfortable with.
I'm a certified EMDR therapist and specialize in trauma. I often support clients navigating anxiety, depression, relationship and communication challenges, self-esteem struggles, and stress. My approach to therapy is holistic, meaning we’ll explore not just thoughts and emotions, but also the mind-body connection.
