The good stuff of life is found in this mystery. My role as a therapist is to accompany you in exploring the mystery of your inner world and to offer tools as you move into alignment with yourself. This process brings healing, contentment, freedom, and the skills to surf life’s waves.
Beyond therapy, I like bicycles, senior dogs, and groovy music.
I practice the Internal Family Systems model, with Master’s level IFS coursework and regular supervision by an IFS Level II clinician. My specific approach is tailored to each client, and often incorporates somatic approaches and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Everything we'll do is grounded in mindfulness and trauma-informed engagement.
