Sage Windemaker's Groups
Mind, Body, Food: A Support Group for Women
Mind, Body, Food is a supportive group for women who are ready to discover life beyond unhappiness with their body. Together, we get to the root of self-limiting mindsets, discuss shifts towards holistic wellness, and develop skills to embrace deep self-acceptance, self-compassion and self-love so that you can start claiming the joy to which you are righted. Through a blend of psychosomatic techniques, we will gently challenge and release the food and body narratives that are not serving us, and we will learn self-soothing coping skills. You deserve to love all of you.
I am Enough: Fostering Self-Worth in Teen Girls
This strengths-based group will focus on building self-confidence, navigating social and societal pressures, and maintaining a healthy relationship between the body and the mind for girls ages 12-17 years old. Mindfulness skills and chair-based yoga exercises will be incorporated along with therapeutic peer support. The group will maintain a body-positive focus.
The Resilient Connection
This group is for women interested in coming together around shared experiences, studying and inviting resilience in their lives and reflecting our inner-grit to one another as we progress towards letting more joy fill our lives. It is appropriate for any woman who has experienced shame, loss, disappointment, or hardship, or who would like to build resilience for whatever lies ahead. We will pause along the way to experience the transformative power of sharing and listening to each other's stories.
