Hello! My name is Sage Torrez and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and an Outpatient Psychotherapist at Three Oaks Behavioral Health & Wellness. I am devoted to building rapport and creating a safe space for all clients to address their challenges in an environment that fosters vulnerability, creativity, and confidence. I incorporate Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and a holistic approach to my therapeutic practice.
My specialties include eating disorders and disordered eating, identity exploration, college and academic stressors, self-esteem, body image, life transitions, caregiver support, managing anxiety/stress, and others. I love working with ages 16+.
