There is hope, even when your brain tells you there isn't. -John Green It can be so intimidating making the decision to ask for help. If we even know that we need it, we so often try everything else as a solution before reaching out. I am so glad you are here. Change is hard work and can even be frightening, but on the other side, the outcome can be beautiful. I work with folks who are are in various stages of change and understanding about how they want their lives to be different. I won't promise it will be easy or comfortable, but my hope is that you feel safe and supported along the way.
I have over 14 years of outpatient therapy experience, including telehealth. Treatment is focused in the cognitive-behavioral model with specific interventions for sleep/insomnia and PTSD/trauma exposure, as well as other general mental health issues.
Let me know how I can help you develop a plan to understand and support change in your life. Whether it's recovery from a traumatic event, structuring your sleep schedule, or walking with you through that unexpected, painful life change, you are not alone.
