I have experience with ADHD, brain injuries, grief, and anxiety, and I’m committed to helping you navigate these challenges. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and I’m here to support you at your pace, focusing on what matters most to you. My role is to provide you with the tools you need to succeed.
I use evidence-based modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and mindfulness to help clients of all ages work through challenges like anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship issues.
