As an integrative and holistic therapist, I specialize in working with adolescents and adults as they face difficult life transitions, grief/loss, trauma, anger, depression, and anxiety. Offering EMDR and mindfulness has proven beneficial for clients. Together we create a safe space for communication, connection and expression of your true, authentic self.
Additionally, I am certified in Psychedelic Assisted Therapy and provide Ketamine Assisted Therapy to clients who have treatment-resistant depression, anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder and substance abuse.
