I work with people who carry pain that feels too heavy or hard to set down—trauma, dissociation, attachment wounds, religious or sexual trauma, or struggles with identity and belonging. You may feel disconnected from your body, emotions, or sense of self, even when life looks “fine” on the outside. My work is neurotransformational and body-aware, helping the brain reprocess how it holds trauma so healing can happen at the root, allowing you to feel safer inside yourself, gain clarity and relief, and live with greater authenticity and connection.
I specialize in Brainspotting, a powerful brain-body therapy similar to EMDR, designed to process what traditional talk therapy often cannot reach. My advanced training allows me to work effectively with a wide range of challenges, providing both structure and flexibility in the healing process.
