Our goal is to help you learn the skills necessary to have intimate and fulfilling relationships. Change is possible if you have a desire to learn and apply the skills and knowledge you will acquire through participating in therapy.
Specializing in a variety of issues, we work with trauma, couples therapy (utilizing Emotionally Focused Therapy and the Gottman method), relationship sexual issues, chronic illness, pornography or substance addictions, anxiety and depression (utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). We have been successful over the years in helping clients change and get unstuck!
In addition to our work with couples and families in therapy, we utilize professional assessments to measure progress and collaborate with doctors or other referring professionals. We find that when therapy is 'data informed' we can work more effectively to get you unstuck. We can help you find hope!
