The goal isn’t perfection—it’s presence, truth, and coming home to yourself.
My practice offers integrative therapy, blending somatic practices, talk therapy, and trauma-informed approaches. So much of my joy has been in holding space to help clients navigate community connection, tender relationships (of all forms), gender identity, and human-ing as a whole.
